Tomcon civils was founded in 2011 with the purpose of providing world class civil work mainly focusing on road construction and houses construction (all infrastructure maintenance as well). Tomcon asphalting and earthworks (Pty) Ltd, Registration no 2011/120125/07 is a company fully owned by Africans and it has a BB-BEE status of Level One Contributor and Procurement level of 135% Recognition.

• Our Earthworks activities involves the removal, moving or adding of large quantities of soil or rock from a particular area to another as per a specific construction purpose. For example when doing the following:
• concrete works: V – drain, box culverts New jersey barriers and precast concrete kerbs
• Road Asphalt surfacing ( Mix A, B, D and ME 20 ) on:
Sidewalks, Patches & Driveways
• Erosion and storm water control systems
• Retaining walls/ Dry stack: TB300/500, Vertical brick walls and Gabions
• Road marking arthworks
• Construction of gravel and surfaced haul roads for both the private and public sectors
Our team has average of over 25 years heavy construction experience in Planner analysis, setting out ground sketches, building and developing of roads from scratch. The acquired experience is on complete overhauling and maintaining of all types of machinery and equipment. The acquired expertise and skills in planning, project management, scoping, adjudication, development of construction specifications, design, construction supervision and maintenance execution and administration. Industries where experience has been acquired have from Imbumba, National Asphalt, Aqua, Power Plants and other heavy construction environments.
